Bottom of the Barrel: Exhibit #5
After going through some brutal hazing rituals, Francis has finally been accepted into a fraternity house at college. He still doesn't get much respect though, because Francis is a nerdy wimp in a houseful of jocks led by the biggest stud on campus, Charles. Francis' luck begins to change when all the guys realize they're failing their classes and they need the brainpower of Franics to help them organize and study for their exams. He's still a total wimp, but at least now Francis gets treated better and he starts becoming friends with Charles.
It takes about 30 minutes for some actual plot to get going, but things get more interesting when Francis and Charles both develop a crush on the same girl, an intelligent babe named Roxanne. She isn't interested in either of them, but Charles is eager to pursue her.
Since Charles only knows how to impress bimbos, he asks Francis to help him seduce a smart girl like Roxanne, Francis has no choice but to help the leader of the sorority get what he wants, despite the fact that he has a crush on Roxanne too.
Now using all the words and intellect of Francis, Charles tricks Roxanne into thinking he's an intelligent and thoughtful guy, and she soon starts falling in love with him.

Even when the main story gets going, the plot here is pretty dull and it drags the premise out for far too long. There's the occasional college hijinks and random nudity to add some comedy, but much of the movie is rather bleak and hopeless. It does try to have some heart and romance, but it never really works.
As far as the genre of college-sex-comedy goes, this is a pretty weak entry. It doesn't create much for us to care about, and more importantly, not much worth laughing about.
