A budding friendship
Henry Fudd is a lonely pervert.
As a skilled peeping-tom, he spends every lunch break spying on people having sex in their cars or under trees at the park.
On the way home from work one day, he buys a tiny plant that surprises him with a gulping noise, and it's basically love at first sight.

Henry still lives with his mother, who's a very overbearing old lady, so he spends most of his time locked in his room. But at least now he has a friend to talk to, his little plant named Eve.
Henry starts by feeding her growth chemicals and dead flies, but Eve's appetite grows as fast she does and soon she wants bigger meals. Frogs, dogs and then inevitably she gets a taste for humans!

It's a low budget, sleazy rip-off of Little Shop of Horrors, but with near-hardcore porn every fifteen minutes. That's right, all of Henry's peeping pays off and we watch him peep some serious fucking. These scenes don't hold back, and we see everything.
At first it's kind-of funny to see how far the movie is willing to go, and watching Henry peep at them is just so bizarre! But it gets old very quick. It's not as gross as Sleazy Rider, but it's annoying having all this humping and slobbering constantly interrupting the story.

"Frog me, Henry! Frog me!"  - Eve

When it's not a porno, the plant stuff is weird enough to keep my attention. Eve is made from a goofy blob of papier-mâché, but her sassy attitude comes across quite well, and the way poor Henry is forced to find new victims gives us some real plot. Buck Kartalian is rather amusing to watch here. He's a good character-actor and has been in many real movies.

Henry starts getting tired of being a slave to Eve's appetite, and his heart is broken when she doesn't seem interested in mating with him. (Yes, he tries.) Will the cops discover Henry's secret, or will Eve control his life forever? More importantly, will my eyes ever be clean again!?

Be sure not to miss:
- Does this all happen in one day, or does Henry only own one shirt?
- The end credits threaten a sequel, but it was never made.

Internet review:
"An acid-gobbling piece of no-fi sexploitation junk." - Ken

Should I watch it?
It's terrible, but has some charm to it. Just fast forward through the porn.
