Bottom of the Barrel: Exhibit #2

Didi, Shawnee and Dwayne are three cadets nearing graduation at the police vice academy, but they're in desperate need of more arrests before they'll have a passing grade. Didi's rival, the snobbish Holly, is always making them look bad as she busts all the criminals in town.
When Didi hears about underage girls being hired for porno movies, she decides this will be the perfect case for her and her friends to make some serious arrests. They go undercover as porn stars, and the wackiness commences full force.

Queen Bee

The movie quickly establishes itself as a corny, smutty comedy, and it never deviates from that simple and low-brow delivery. There's plenty of silliness and sex jokes, with the occasional police work going on. Didi starts falling in love with a porn stud named Chuck Long, and that adds to the insanity when she kidnaps and basically rapes him.
(Insert trombone wah wah wahhh here, because we're supposed to be laughing.)

Despite making a few small time busts, the cadet's investigation isn't easy because they're soon in over their heads when an evil lady named Queen Bee starts trying to get rid of the cops that have been interfering in her illegal porno ring. There's not really a plot here though, we just get antics and goofiness instead.
(In other words, Dwayne gets hit in the balls a lot.)



Very little of the comedy works, although there is the occasional gag that gave me a chuckle. The main likeable aspect is Linnea Quigley as Didi. She's always fun to watch and she gets into a lot of wacky situations here.
This easily could have been better if it had bothered to make the plot a bit more grounded in reality, (like what Angel did.) But instead, being immature and dumb are the prime objective's of this movie, so I guess it does succeed at doing what it wanted.


Be sure not to miss:
- Dwayne's license plate is SCUZZZ.
- The clock that has an orgasm every hour is kinda creepy.
- The cue cards during the porn scene.
